Cwallet is a crypto app that mixes a wallet, spot trading, perpetual futures (with '1001x' leverage), a card, earn products and giveaway tools. Many faucet and PTC sites list it as a payout route, which is why readers meet it. It isn't an earning site: you receive coins there, and anything you hold on it is in an account the company controls. Its Trustpilot score is 2.4 from 108 reviews, 62% of them one-star, with the main complaints being frozen accounts, repeated KYC rejections and templated support. Its homepage claims 68,547,537 users, while its Trustpilot description says 37 million, so the figure is unreliable. Use it as a pass-through at most, and don't leave balances on it.
Quick Facts
How we reviewed it
We have not been paid by Cwallet and this page has no referral link. Everything below comes from Cwallet's public home page and its Trustpilot profile, checked on 2 November 2026. We have not signed up or withdrawn, so this review carries no score and no earnings claims. The screenshots are our own captures of the public pages.
What is Cwallet?
Cwallet (cwallet.com) markets itself as a "secure and easy crypto trading platform". Its menu lists Wallet, Spot (swap, memecoins, tokenised stocks), Futures (perpetuals, "1001x", trend trade, market battle), Predict, Card, Buy Crypto, Finance (simple earn, loan, recurring buy, on-chain earn), Tools (gift cards, mobile refills, bulk payments, crypto bots, tip box, airdrop arena, giveaways) and Rewards. You can sign up with an email or phone number, Google, Telegram or X. The footer names WEBSEA GLOBAL HOLDING LIMITED with a Vaughan, Ontario address and a 2018 to 2026 copyright.
Why Earners Meet It
Faucet and PTC sites often pay to Cwallet because it takes tiny transfers. Sites we've reviewed that list it include PiTasks and ClaimClicks. That makes it a convenient way to receive micro-payments, but receiving is not the same as holding. A wallet where the company holds the keys is a custodial account: if it freezes you, you can't move your coins. The page doesn't say whether Cwallet is custodial or not.
What Trustpilot Says
The profile has been claimed since May 2023 and lists a contact location in Slovakia. The score is 2.4 ("Poor") from 108 reviews, 26 in the last year, with 62% one-star and 29% five-star. Trustpilot warns that the company "may be associated with high-risk investments" and hasn't invited reviews recently.
- Complaints: accounts frozen or restricted, often after deposits or when withdrawing, enhanced KYC requests with valid IDs repeatedly rejected, templated support, referral bonus disputes, allegations of an unlicensed betting-style product, and one balance reportedly lost when an account was deleted.
- Praise: a simple interface, community airdrops and giveaways, fast transactions, and one restriction reportedly lifted within about six hours after documents were sent.
- Company replies: to 42% of negative reviews, usually blaming automated compliance checks, denying wrongdoing ("Cwallet never steals funds") and directing users to email support. Trustpilot doesn't verify the claims.
Things to Watch
- "1001x" leverage. That is extreme: a 0.1% move against you can wipe out a position. Leave futures alone.
- Speculative and gamified tools: memecoins, prediction markets, "market battle" and "airdrop arena" are closer to gambling than saving.
- No fee, licence, custody or KYC details on the page we read.
- Conflicting user counts (68.5 million on the homepage, 37 million on Trustpilot) and conflicting Web3.0 and Web2.5 branding.
- Sideloaded app and "crypto recovery" links. Only install from official stores, and treat any "recovery" service as a scam risk.
If You Use It for Payouts
- Withdraw to a wallet you control as soon as a payout lands.
- Complete KYC early if you expect to hold anything.
- Never send money to unlock a frozen balance.
Our guide to how crypto wallets work explains self-custody, and the FaucetPay guide covers the more common micro-payment route.

Final Verdict
Verdict: a payout route, not a place to keep money
Cwallet works as a place to receive micro-payments, and some users are happy with it. Its Trustpilot record is dominated by frozen accounts and KYC trouble, and it pushes leverage and gambling-style products. Use it to receive, then move your coins out.
